This collaborative project was lead by Zack Smith for his private label called The Smiths. The uniform is inspired by vintage French workwear to be worn by front of house staff at destination restaurants. Within the restaurant industry, much attention is given to the cuisine, interior design, PR, etc. Why shouldn’t that same energy and attention be directed towards what the staff wears?
